Maintenance+ SB Basic LogicNet's Maintenance+ Basic program is a great fit for companies with in-house IT expertise who do not want to devote more time or resources to proactive planning or training on advanced systems such as networking or server technology. LogicNet provides proactive maintenance of major systems, planning and implementation support, and monitoring for critical systems. We work with the in-house IT contact to provide updates on areas such as network reliabilty and security, server health and capacity, and other key areas as identified by our clients. End-user support is handled in-house by the client, reducing the cost of the program.
LogicNet's Maintenance+ Pro program is a great fit for companies with limited or no in-house IT expertise who want comprehensive IT support for both major systems and end-users. LogicNet provides proactive maintenance of major systems, planning and implementation support, monitoring for critical systems, end-user support, and emergency services. We work with a primary contact at the company to provide regular updates on IT needs and to report on work that is being done for the client. We provide this contact with access to our world-class helpdesk for direct accountability and schedule regular calls to discuss ongoing projects and needs. Clients in the Pro program also gain access for their employees to use LogicNet@Home for personal computer needs.
