LogicNet primarily provides services to small- to medium-sized businesses and to not-for-profit organizations.  Over the years we have tailored our service offerings to these two sectors and are now able to provide packages that address the unique needs of both types of organizations.  Our services are grouped into the following two categories.

Maintenance⁺ packages provide companies with comprehensive IT support and proactive maintenance at a fixed monthly cost.  This model helps our clients with budgeting for their IT needs and eliminates the tendency to wait to request support until problems have reached a critical level due to hourly charges or cost concerns.  Offered at two levels, Basic and Pro, Maintenance⁺ is a great solution for companies with limited in-house IT expertise or companies who want to avoid having to staff an IT person as they grow into more complex technology needs.

Packaged Services

Packaged services are provided in a block of hours format or an hourly billing format and address specific needs for our clients.  Covering areas such as security, training, web development, and strategic planning, these services are generally provided to organizations with in-house IT support who want assistance with areas they are unfamiliar with or to organizations that do not need regular IT support but would like to address specific concerns for their company.  LogicNet has worked side-by-side with in-house IT staff or outside IT providers to provide these services to a wide range of companies, from three-man shops with basic networking needs to large multi-location companies.
